- Carried out a fully M&E (mechanical and engineering) survey on a commercial boiler for a 42 unit block of flats. This resulted in the Cost saving over £25k to the leaseholders
- Tendered for a new communal boiler on the specs of the M&E survey . This cost was £130k
- Carried out asbestos survey and then removal of asbestos from infected area of the building
- Provided on going support and advice to the leaseholders regarding a damaged Boundry wall ( 100 ft), which was in danger of collapsing onto a commerical car park.
- Resolved major parking issues on a site I mange – replaced the existing parking company with a company that better met the needs of leaseholders,, as a result ALL leaseholders were issued with parking permits.
- Resolved major parking issues on a site I mange – replacing old parking company ,with new one and issuing permits to ALL leaseholders
- Commissioned independent surveys on 4 condemned service lifts
- Dealt with insurance company/ solicitor regarding ongoing legal dispute with leaseholder/ directors / management company – leaseholder is suing the for £50k – due to incompetence or the directors/ management company
- Removed directors off a RMC at the "request of dissatisfied leaseholders"
- Organised various EGM/s/ AGMs
- Repaired and made safe ,defected electric gates and to ensure they were health and safety complaint.
- Negotiated substantial energy savings cost by using a panel of energy brokers to "secure" the best deal for leaseholders
